Sales Manager

Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Sales Manager. 

Summary: 

This position requires an individual that can multitask, works well under pressure, and has excellent closing skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales management in an RV, automotive, powersports (or similar) dealership setting. Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing and coaching sales staff. 
• Deliver ongoing training and development for sales staff 
• Coordinate with recruiting staff to communicate hiring needs 
• Desk deals and assist with closing sales for sales associates as needed. 
• Ensure each customers needs are met, at the highest level 
• Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the store level. 
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports 
• All other responsibilities as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High School diploma or GED equivalent 
• Previous Sales or Sales Management experience 
• Previous experience in RV, auto, or power sports industries 
• Experience with Motility software preferred
